Flexibility & Time Off
Radiologists start with eight weeks of vacation, quickly increasing to 10 weeks, plus a half-day off each week, flexible scheduling, paid parental leave, sick time, bereavement leave, and optional extra work or time off.
Student Loan Assistance
Radiologists and their families qualify for discounted student loan refinancing rates from our preferred lender. Additionally, partnership-track radiologists receive employer subsidies to aid in student loan repayment.
Retirement Benefits
Radiologists are provided a generous plan to maximize tax-deferred contributions up to annual IRS limits ($69,000 in 2024), comprising profit sharing, safe harbor employer contributions and a traditional 401k. Contribution to the 401k starts on day one of employment.
